Student From Cirebon Found Half Naked In Cipulir Apartment, Police Wait For Hospital Autopsy Results

JAKARTA - A female body was found dead in one of the apartment rooms in the Cipulir area, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta. The body was found half-naked and half-decomposed.

South Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Budhi Herdi Susianto confirmed this discovery. The discovery occurred on Wednesday, June 8, at noon. Based on the information gathered, the woman came from Jambalang, Cirebon, West Java. The woman's initial I is known to be a student.

"That's right (there was a body found)," said Budhi when confirmed, Thursday, June 9.

Budi said that the discovery began when one of the residents of the apartment smelled an unpleasant odor from the victim's room. On that basis, the witness reported to the security officers.

After the security guard opened the door to the room, it turned out that the victim was already dead. As a result, he reported it to the police.

Investigators move quickly and conduct a crime scene (TKP). However, there were no signs of violence on the victim's body.

"It cannot be detected, because the condition of the body is estimated to have been dead for several days," he said.

The victim has now been taken to the hospital for an autopsy. This is done to determine the cause of death.

"The autopsy will determine the cause of death," he concluded.
