DGT Gives Sanctions To Tax Employees Who Hit Their Men To Fall

BEKASI - The Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) responded to the incident of an employee of the North Bekasi Tax Service Office (KPP) who beat his subordinates until they fell.

DGT's Director of Service Extension and Public Relations, Neilmaldrin Noor regretted the incident. He emphasized that his party would not tolerate acts of violence in its place.

It is known that an employee with the initials DH became the victim of a beating by his superior, MAZ, because he was deemed to have failed to carry out his duties. The action took place on Monday, June 6, in the morning.

"We state that we have zero tolerance for violence," said Neilmaldrin in his statement, Wednesday, June 8.

Neilmaldrin also confirmed that DGT's internal compliance unit was following up on the case. This is by giving sanctions to the perpetrators.

"We have followed up by conducting an examination and if there are results, it will be followed up with the application of staffing witnesses," he explained.

Regarding the condition of the victim, Neilmaldrin confirmed that DH was starting to improve. Currently still in hospital treatment.

"(The victim) is in good condition," he concluded.

Previously reported, East Bekasi Police Chief AKP Ridha Aditya confirmed the incident. He said the incident took place on Jalan Sergeant Aswan, East Bekasi, North Bekasi City, Monday, June 6.
