BANDUNG - West Java (Jabar) Regional Secretary (Sekda) Setiawan Wangsaatmaja said the Governor of West Java M Ridwan Kamil discussed eight strategic issues at a leadership meeting which became the first work agenda after completing an overseas permit with an important agenda.
