Anarchist Demonstration Provocateur At The North Sumatra DPRD Batubara Arrested By The Police

JAKATA - The personnel of the North Sumatra Regional Police of Ditreskrimum arrested one person suspected of being the suspected provocateur of anarchist demonstration who rejected the Job Creation Law in front of the Batubara Regency DPRD office.

Reported by Antara , Sunday, October 18, the Head of Public Relations of the North Sumatra Regional Police, Kombes Pol Tatan Dirsan Atmaja, in his statement received in Medan, Saturday, said that the suspect arrested by ASL (28) was a resident of Bahari Indah Village, Talawi District, Batubara Regency, North Sumatra Province.

He said that the suspect became the leader of the mass action and delivered a speech that incited the protesters to commit anarchist acts to injure police officers.

The suspect was arrested at Jalan History, Marendal I Village, Patumbak District, Deli Serdang Regency, Friday, October 16, at around 15.00 WIB.

"Investigations are continuing on the suspected anarchist demonstration who has not been caught," said the former Medan Police Chief.

Previously, at a demonstration in front of the DPRD building in Batubara Regency, Monday (12/10), which at first was orderly and eventually turned into an anarchist. The crowd, who were prohibited from entering, shouted and threw stones into the DPRD building.

But in the end, it hit the head of the Shabara Kasat, Batubara Police, AKP DP Sinaga, and bled.

After the incident, the Batubara Police have also detained seven suspects namely SUH (44), A (20), F (23), S (23), AG (40), JS (20) and BDP (20).
