Sabu In Tofu Sauce, Drug Smuggling Mode Revealed Singkawang Prison Officer

SINGKAWANG - Attempts to smuggle methamphetamine into Class II B prisons in Singkawang, West Kalimantan (West Kalimantan) were thwarted.

Acting Head of Class II B prison in Singkawang, La Ode Muhamad Masrul, said the suspected shabu was found in the food deposited by the inmates today.

"Chronologically, this morning, at around 10.00 WIB, a resident (woman) came to the prison carrying food for the WBP on behalf of Ade Rifandi which was put in chili tofu," said La Ode Muhamad Masrul in Singkawang, quoted from Antara, Wednesday. May 18.

After that, the officer will check the deposited goods.

"When examined, there were suspicions that the item was in the form of cooked chili tofu. After unpacking the food, officers found one chili tofu which contained one pack of crystal methamphetamine clips and two plastic clips," he said.

Then, the officer reported the findings to the leader who was in his room.

"After receiving the report, I immediately took action and ordered the officers to inspect the items deposited by opening the food one by one," he said.

After being opened, there were two more plastic clips in one package containing about 50 plastic clips and one package of methamphetamine.

From these findings, the Acting Head of the Class II B prison in Singkawang immediately coordinated with the police to conduct further investigations.
