ACEH - The Aceh Police team is hunting for the alleged shooting of two residents of Aceh Besar District until they died.

The Head of Public Relations of the Aceh Police, Kombes Winardy, said the two victims of the shooting were Maimun (38) and Ridwan (38).

"The two Aceh Besar residents were shot by an unknown person in Aneuk Glee Village, Indrapuri District, Aceh Besar Regency, Thursday, May 12," said Winardy in Banda Aceh, Antara, Friday, May 13.

The Aceh Regional Police middle officer said the two victims died after being treated at the hospital.

The shooting started when the two victims came home from the garden on a motorbike. In the middle of the road, both of them were shot by the perpetrators until they fell.

"They were evacuated to the hospital to get medical help. However, both of them died in hospital," he said.

Currently the Aceh Police Jatanras Team together with the Aceh Besar Police Satreskrim are still investigating and hunting for the perpetrators.

"This case is still under investigation and the perpetrator is still being sought. We will inform you of the progress later," he said.
