JAKARTA - Kevin Dwi Putra, a 12-year-old boy, is suspected of being kidnapped in the Tanah Kusir area, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta, Tuesday, May 10. Kevin's kidnapping case was allegedly carried out by the same person who kidnapped a boy in Bogor.

Kevin's family, when contacted, explained Kevin's characteristics and the clothes he wore the last time he left his house, at Pondok Aren, Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta.

Meyla, the victim's brother, explained that his younger brother, Kevin, when he last came out of the house wore a white shirt and shorts.

"(Lastly wearing) a white shirt and short pants wearing swallow sandals," said Meyla via text message, Thursday, May 12.

"There is writing on his shirt, but I don't know what it says," he continued.

Meyla said, her sister has white skin and is about 150 centimeters tall.

"White skin, 150 cm tall, slightly slanted eyes and slightly long hair," explained Meyla.

For information, the kidnapping incident began when Kevin was going out for a snack with his friends in the evicted area of Tanah Kusir. According to Kevin's friend, suddenly a man who claimed to be a policeman threatened Kevin and his two friends for not wearing a mask.

At the time of the incident, the kidnapper, who claimed to be a policeman, was carrying a child suspected of being FN, a victim of abduction from Bogor residents.

Then Kevin was asked by the perpetrator to come with the motorbike used by the perpetrator. While his friend was asked to follow from behind. But when they got to the opposite side of Fatmawati Hospital, the perpetrator and the one who was carrying Kevin were nowhere to be seen by his friends.

Kevin's family hopes that if anyone sees and recognizes Kevin's characteristics, mentioned above, please report them to the nearest police officer.
