JAKARTA - Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Mahfud MD reminded commissioners and employees of the General Elections Commission (KPU) to be careful while on duty because the institution is vulnerable to being sued by election participants.

"I told the KPU (commissioners) to be careful, whatever you do, someone will sue you. I said the KPU must be firm (firm, ed.) and work with responsibility," Mahfud said after receiving a visit from the KPU chairman and commissioner. Between, Wednesday, May 11th.

Mahfud conveyed the stages of the 2024 General Election starting on June 14, 2022.
