JAKARTA - The inaugural trial of the fake passport case with the three defendants will be held today or Tuesday, October 13 at the East Jakarta District Court. The trial will be held online or online .

It is planned that this first trial will begin at around 09.00 WIB. However, the trial time could be delayed. This is because everything depends on the prosecutor who prepares the suspects.

"The 9 o'clock court is ready, but the practice depends on the prosecutor, because those who prepare for the trial are like the defendant and his network," he said.

In this case, there were three suspects, namely Joko Tjandra, Anita Kolopaking, and Brigadier Prasetyo Utomo or not.

The defendants were charged with almost the same article. Joko Tjandra will be charged with Article 263 paragraph (1) and (2) KUHP in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 64 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code.

Then, Anita Dewi Kolopaking will be charged with Article 263 paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 1 in conjunction with Article 6 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code. The second indictment, Article 426 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 64 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code and the third indictment of Article 221 of the Criminal Code.

Finally, Brigadier General Prasetijo Utomo was charged with Article 263 paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 61 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 64 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code. The second indictment, Article 223 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 64 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code.
