Never Vent To Jokowi For Allegedly Move Massa, SBY: Sad Why Pak

JAKARTA - The 6th President of the Republic of Indonesia Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) confided in President Joko Widodo in 2017, when he was accused of organizing a 411 demonstration or a mass protest protesting the statement of former DKI Jakarta Governor Basuki Tjahja Purnama alias Ahok.

"I asked if there was really news like that (stirred the 411 demonstration, red). Mr. Jokowi carefully answered at that time, 'yes, I am not that easy, Pak SBY, I believe but I already understand'," said SBY. imitated Jokowi's statement at that time in a dialogue broadcast on YouTube, Monday, October 12.

Even so, he used the opportunity to clarify the hoax news that was spreading at the time. In addition, to Jokowi, SBY also admitted that he was hurt by such accusations.

"If I am accused of wanting to ruin the country, want to disrupt the country, sad you know, sir, I am," he tells his statement at the time Jokowi.

"You will someday be like me, back to the wider community, ndak have power power then accused of that. Pain. Hopefully you do not," he added.

Furthermore, despite conveying his disappointment to President Jokowi, SBY said that he finally knew who was accusing him.

Without mentioning a name, the former chairman of the Democratic Party said that this person only wanted to get added value from the palace's circumference, but in a way that was not commendable.

"This is a classic story. They want to get credit but by destroying the reputation of others, putting people down, even though this method doesn't work," he said.

In fact, said SBY, this person even ordered his men to look for evidence. "But yes, we did not find it. It reached my ears too," he said.

"But never mind, I consider it finished. Because for me it's not something good either," he concluded.
