LAMPUNG - Head of Security Post (Kapospam) Iptu Nixson Wilson Wariki said his party would direct all vehicles heading to Bakauheni Port via the Transsumatera Toll Road to Rest Area KM 20B.

"The regional police chief has ordered all vehicles to enter Rest Area 20B because it is the last rest area and all vehicles must have tickets for crossings at Bakauheni Port," Wariki said as quoted by Antara at Rest Area 20B of the Transsumatera Toll Road, South Lampung, Thursday, May 5. .

As the last rest area, he said, 20B has an important role in preventing overcrowding and congestion from occurring around Bakauheni Port, especially crossing tickets and excess vehicle volume.

Therefore, officers at the security post, both from the Police, TNI, and health personnel are on standby to deal with the situation and prevent overcrowding in the Bakauheni Port area.

"Our officers are also all ready, both from the Police, TNI, and health workers. If there are travelers or domestic travelers who will cross and have not been vaccinated, we have prepared them on the second floor," he said.

Regarding the capacity of the rest area, Wariki said that Rest Area KM 20B can accommodate about 250 vehicles.
