KPK Transports 3 Suitcases After Searching The Official House Of Bogor Regent Ade Yasin

BOGOR - Investigators from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) transported three suitcases after searching the official residence of Bogor Regent Ade Yasin at the Regency Government complex, Cibinong, Bogor Regency, West Java.

Based on observations, a group of KPK investigators arrived at Ade Yasin's official house at around 16.30 WIB using three black Innova cars side by side.

The inspection at the official residence was carried out for about 20 minutes accompanied by the Head of the Household Section of the Regional Secretariat of the Bogor Regency Government, Dadan Nurdiansyah. After the inspection, the officer came out of the official residence with two black suitcases and one red suitcase.

"Yes (KPK officers) came. But I don't know, because that's the authority of the KPK," said Dadan after KPK investigators left Ade Yasin's official residence, quoted by Antara, Thursday, April 28.

Previously, based on information gathered, the KPK had searched the Bogor Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Office on Jalan Tegar Beliman, Cibinong, before heading to the official residence of the Bogor Regent.

The KPK has named eight people as suspects in the alleged bribery case related to the management of the Bogor Regency Government's financial reports, West Java, for the 2021 Fiscal Year.

The four suspects for giving bribes are Ade Yasin (AY), as the Regent of Bogor for the 2018-2023 period, Secretary of the Bogor Regency Office Maulana Adam (MA), Head of the Regional Treasury for the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) Bogor Regency Ihsan Ayatullah (IA), and the official commitment maker (PPK) at the PUPR Office of Bogor Regency, Rizki Taufik (RT).

While the four suspects as recipients of bribes are employees of the West Java Representative Audit Board (BPK) / Head of West Java Auditorate III / technical controller Anthon Merdiansyah (ATM), West Java Representative BPK employees / Head of Bogor Regency Interim Audit Team Arko Mulawan (AM), employee West Java Representative BPK/investigator Hendra Nur Rahmatullah Karwita (HNRK), and West Java Representative BPK/investigator Gerri Ginajar Trie Rahmatullah (GGTR).

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said that the alleged bribery by Ade Yasin wanted the Bogor Regency Government to get an unqualified predicate (WTP).
