JAKARTA - The Temanggung Regency Government, Central Java, has prepared a fund of Rp. 32 billion to pay holiday allowances (THR) to state civil servants (ASN) including the regent, deputy regent, and regional people's representatives.
The head of the Temanggung Regency Finance, Revenue and Assets Management Agency (BPKPAD), Tri Winarno in Temanggung, Wednesday, said the THR funds had been provided by the Temanggung Regency Government, but needed a number of components for disbursement requirements, including the regent's regulation (perbup).
"There is no Perbup yet so THR cannot be paid. The Perbup is being drafted, it is hoped that the Perbup will be signed soon so that it can be disbursed," said Winarno, Wednesday, April 20, quoted from Antara.
THR for ASN according to regulations is the fastest paid on D-10 Lebaran, so there is still time. Referring to PP number 16 of 2022, this THR can be paid after Eid if there are problems in disbursement.
Based on the calculation, the officials who will receive the most THR are regional secretaries (Sekda) reaching Rp. 16 million, regents at around Rp. 6.2 million, and the Chairperson of DPRD as much as Rp. 4.2 million.
Tri Winarno said as many as 6,808 ASN of the Temanggung Regency Government would receive THR, including Candidates for Civil Servants (CPNS) and Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK).
"Supporting Staff (SS) at the Temanggung Regency Government are not included in the THR," he said.
The Regent of Temanggung M. Al Khadziq admitted that he would soon sign a regional regulation for the disbursement of THR requirements within the Temanggung Regency Government.
"This THR is the government's obligation to ASN, so it will be signed soon," he said.
He hopes that the THR can be used as best as possible by ASN in meeting the needs of Eid al-Fitr and having a positive impact on the economic cycle in Temanggung, especially in activating the MSME sector.
