JCI Is Opened To Weaken, Analysts Recommend Shares Of Waskita Karya And Its Subsidiaries

JAKARTA - The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) opened lower on Wednesday, October 7 trading. JCI opened lower by 0.66 percent or 32.80 points to 4,966.42 levels.

Opening the trade, 65 stocks rose, 111 stocks fell, and 123 stocks were stagnant. The trading volume was recorded at 3.26 billion shares and was transacted at Rp176.09 billion.

The JCI movement in today's trading is expected to be corrected naturally, after closing yesterday higher by 0.82 percent to 4,999 levels.

"Technically, it indicates a reasonable potential for correction in the JCI movement, so that the index has the potential to go to the nearest support level," said PT Binaartha Parama Sekuritas analyst Muhammad Nafan Aji Gusta Utama in his research.

So far, according to him, JCI is trying to stay above the support level 4,975, while the closest resistance target that is trying to reach is at the position of 5,097.

He further stated that the potential for a reasonable correction to the JCI rate could be exploited by investors by accumulating purchases of PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk (ASRI), PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (INTP), PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT), PT Waskita Karya Tbk (WSKT). , PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk (WSBP), and PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk (WTON).

Meanwhile, Reliance Sekuritas Indonesia analyst, Lanjar Nafi said that the JCI movement would continue the process of increasing towards the 5.060 resistance target.

"Technically, IHSG still has the opportunity to strengthen, with a support-resistance range at the level of 4,950-5,060," he said.

So, in the midst of the potential for further strengthening of the JCI today, Lanjar offered a number of shares that market players could observe, namely PT Acset Indonusa Tbk (ACST), PT Adhi Karya Tbk (ADHI), PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA), PT PP (Persero) Tbk (PTPP), PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk (SRIL), PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk (WSBP), and PT Waskita Karya Tbk (WSKT).
