10,186 Families In Ambon Will Receive BLT Cooking Oil

AMBON - A total of 10,186 Beneficiary Families (KPM) will receive Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) for cooking oil from April to June 2022 in the amount of IDR 300 thousand per KPM.

The Head of the Ambon City Social Service, Nurhayati Jassin, said that his party had received technical instructions (Juknis) for the distribution of social assistance from the Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos).

"We have received technical guidelines for cooking oil subsidies, which are given every month from April to June of Rp. 100,000 per month in cash," he said, as reported by Antara, Tuesday, April 19.

He said that as many as 10,186 KPM in Ambon City, according to the data from the Ministry of Social Affairs, would receive social assistance distributed by the Ambon Branch Post office with the assistance of Ministry of Social workers.

The distribution of BLT cooking oil as planned will be given in conjunction with the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (PBPNT) and the Family Hope Program (PKH) in May 2022 amounting to Rp. 200 thousand.

"It is planned that the distribution of BLT for three months of cooking oil of Rp. 300 thousand will be received by the BPNT program in May 2022 of Rp. 200 thousand," he said. To take the BLT, the KPM must show a family card (KK) and identity card (KTP).

In addition, bring an invitation as proof that their names are included in the list of recipients of BLT cooking oil.

He hoped that the BLT assistance could help the community to meet their cooking oil needs.

The social assistance is expected to ease the burden on the community, especially maintaining purchasing power for cooking oil during the month of Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr 1443 H.
