"There is no direct threat, but indirectly, Mr. Suhardi said that if the project did not meet the expectations of the 'Kuala Group' then Mr. Suhardi's position would be evaluated, meaning it could be transferred," said Firdaus at the Jakarta Corruption Court (Tipikor), as reported by Antara, Monday. , April 18th.

Firdaus was a witness for the Director of CV Nizhami Muara Warin Angin who was accused of bribing the Regent of Publishing the Wind Wind Plan amounting to Rp.572 million in working on a work package at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Service (PUPR) and the Langkat District Education Office in 2021.

Suhardi in question is the Head of the UKPBJ Langkat district. Meanwhile, the "Kuala Group" are the people who are trusted by Terbit Plan Warin Angin as the Regent of Langkat, which consists of Iskandar Warin Angin, Marcos Surya Abdi, Shuhanda Citra and Isfi Syahfitra.

"Kuala Group" is in charge of managing tenders for the procurement of goods and services in Langkat district.

"Before Yoki was transferred, after that Pak Wahyu Budiman was transferred," added Firdaus.

In the indictment, it is stated that Iskandar Parangin Angin, who is also the older brother of Terbit Plan Warin Angin, ordered the replacement of staff at UKPBJ in Langkat Regency, namely Yoki Eka Prianto to Wahyu Budiman because Yoki was considered disloyal and not solid at the ULP Working Group because he did not win 7 of the 65 procurement packages submitted. must be won by the companies that Iskandar has determined.

"There are 6 packages from the 2021 RAPBD that were previously not won. Pak Suhardi said that if it was not according to the wishes of the Regent, Pak Suhardi was transferred, this was conveyed during the tender period," explained Firdaus.

Firdaus said that Iskandar, who is commonly called the village head, is the one who manages the names of the companies that will be won.

Meanwhile, another witness, Muammar Lubis, who is a member of the Working Group at UKPBJ, Langkat Regency, said that the project arrangement had become an open secret in Langkat Regency.
