Bank BJB Security Fatmawati Dare To Fight Robbers Because They Know The Weapons Of The Perpetrators Are Not Real

JAKARTA - Farizal as a security guard for the West Java and Banten Bank (BJB) explained the reason he dared to fight the robber, BS at his workplace.

He admitted that he dared to make the decision when he found out that the weapon used by the perpetrator was not a firearm (senpi).

"Because of the weapons. What I know is that it's not a firearm, it's an air softgun. Yes, because it was first hit on my cheek," said Farizal when met at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Monday, April 18.

However, before the perpetrator shot Farizal, the perpetrator fired his bullet at the teller. The goal, so that the employees in Bank BJB comply with his request.

“The perpetrator shot the teller to ask all officers and employees to lie down. However, because I didn't lie down, I was shot with an air softgun, hit my cheek," he explained.

Farizal tried to fight the perpetrators and managed to catch him taking the BJB Bank out of the room.

"At that time, I tried to block it, and at the same time tried to paralyze the perpetrator," he said.

It is known that the BJB security guard arrested the perpetrator of the robbery at his workplace, Jalan Fatmawati Hospital, Cilandak, South Jakarta, Tuesday, April 5.

After the arrest, the BJB security guard handed over to the police for further processing.
