Jambi Police Special Criminal Investigation Director Kombes Pol Christian Tory said his party was investigating the incident that occurred on 9 March.

"The team from the Jambi Regional Police are assisting Bungo Police investigators to investigate whether this was a pure accident or there was an element of negligence," he said in Jambi, Thursday, April 14.
