The chairman of the PDI-P faction in the DPR, Utut Adianto, said that there had been no official decision from the faction regarding Harvey who was caught watching obscene videos. that. Utut said that Harvey Malaiholo was a good person.

Meanwhile, Secretary of the PDIP Fraction of the DPR RI, Bambang Wuryanto or Bambang Pacul, said that his party would not impose sanctions on Harvey. However, regarding ethics, said Bambang, the PDIP faction submitted it to the House of Representatives' Honorary Court (MKD).

"Against our friends, this subject, of course, the faction will not give sanctions. But if there are friends, 'It must be sanctioned, sir', for example, it is a shameful act. We can tell the truth, who is harmed? But if it is ethics, then let the MKD give it. The council is a matter of ethics," said Pacul in a separate location. Pacul considered what Harvey Malaihollo had done was a human error. He then said that his fellow factions were probably framed with pornographic videos.
