MATARAM - The Head of Public Relations of the West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Police, Kombes Artanto, asked the public to understand the legal process for the victim of a robbery with the initials AS (34), who is a suspect in the alleged murder of the robbers.

The legal process against the US is still under investigation. The status of a suspect against a person cannot be ascertained whether he is guilty or not.

"So if a person has been named a suspect, it doesn't necessarily mean he is a convict," he said, quoted by Antara, Wednesday, April 13

The NTB Police are still in the process of proving through the ongoing investigation stage, he added.

In the development of the case, the US detention has been suspended by investigators in accordance with the submissions of lawyers and the family.

"Later on, the judge will determine whether the person concerned is guilty or not, not the police. But the police must prepare real and clear files. The police will also coordinate with the CJS (Criminal Justice System) as part of the process against the US," he said.
