Lecherous, Bakso Culprit And Obscene Children With Special Needs

JAKARTA - The police have succeeded in uncovering the kidnapping case of children with special needs (15). While on the run, the perpetrator, who works as a meatball seller, molested the victim 14 times.

Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Yusri Yunus, said that this case began with reports of missing persons on September 8 at the Kemayoran Police, Central Jakarta.

"There is a missing child under the initials Melati (disguised) aged 15 who has one special need for this victim," Yusri told reporters, Monday, October 5.

Two weeks of waiting, the family has not yet got a bright spot. Then the family reported the case to Polda Metro Jaya. This report was followed up by the police.

"On September 24 the family reported back," he said.

Based on the results of the investigation, the whereabouts of the perpetrators were detected. Until finally he was arrested in the Jombang area, East Java, on September 30.

Yusri said, he had time to inform the news and photos of the kidnappers to the Facebook social media. From here the police then carried out an investigation that bore fruit.

To the investigators, the perpetrator agreed that he had raped the victim a dozen times. "A total of 14 times the suspect molested the victim. The act of molestation was carried out for 23 days (while being kidnapped)," said Yusri.

Yusri explained that the suspect's sexual act was carried out three times in a boarding house in the Sunter area, North Jakarta. Then, in the Boyolali area, Central Java, the suspect again cheated on him.

"For 2 days in Boyolali, there were 3 times molestation," he said.

Finally, the suspect molested the victim in Jombang, East Java. At the last location of his escape, the suspect raped the child with special needs.

For his actions, the suspect was subjected to multiple articles starting from Article 76 of Law Number 35 of 2018 concerning Child Protection and Article 330 of the Criminal Code concerning Kidnapping, and Article 332 of the Criminal Code concerning Abuse with the threat of a sentence of 15 years in prison.
