TANGERANG - The Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Tangerang City said that the Pinang Sector Police office, Tangerang was flooded. The depth of the water is known to reach 40 centimeters.

Head of the Emergency and Logistics Division of the Tangerang City BPBD, Ghufron Falveli, said that the height had reached 80 centimeters.

"Last evening it was 80 centimeters, now it's only 40 centimeters," said Ghufron when confirmed, Tuesday, April 5.

Ghufron explained that the cause of the flooding was due to the high intensity of the rain and the low surface of the plains.

"So the plains are low, there are already frequent floods there," he said.

He admitted, if his party has not issued a water suction device for the area. Because there is no request.

"That's not yet, we haven't done the suction. We are still concentrating on three points. The problem is that there is no request from the crime scene. We are still in Kebon Nanas Cibodas and Periuk," he said.

It was reported that as many as 17 points in the Tangerang City area were flooded. The worst area was recorded at Flyover Tip Top, Cibodas, Tangerang City, with water levels reaching 1 meter.
