6 People Hoarding Subsidized Diesel Fuel In Bengkulu Arrested By Police

BENGKULU - The Sub-Directorate of Indagsi and Certain Crimes (Tipidter) of the Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation (Ditreskrimsus) of the Bengkulu Police arrested six suspects in the case of misuse of distribution of subsidized bio-diesel fuel in Bengkulu Province. Furthermore, five jerry cans of oil containing 174 liters of subsidized diesel fuel, cash to buy oil amounting to Rp.930 thousand, 13 empty jerry cans with a capacity of 35 liters. As well as two jerry cans containing 67 liters of subsidized diesel fuel, cash fuel purchases of Rp. 365 thousand and one tonne of diesel fuel obtained from one company. Aries continued, the six suspects were arrested under threat of article 55 of the Republic of Indonesia Law number 11 of 2020 regarding job creation as amended from article 55 of the Republic of Indonesia Law number 22 of 2001 concerning oil and gas.
