The Male Actor In Dea OnlyFans Video Examined By Polda Metro Jaya

JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya continues to investigate the alleged pornography case with the suspect Gusti Ayu Dewanti alias Dea OnlyFans. Recently, investigators scheduled an examination of the man who was involved in making the video.

"We will summon the male actors tomorrow (Friday, April 1, ed) for information," said the Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes E. Zulpan to reporters, Thursday, March 31.

The man, whose identity has not been revealed so far, will be questioned as a witness. In several videos uploaded by Dea to OnlyFans, it shows the figure of the man.

This examination is also a step from investigators to determine new suspects in the case. This is because investigators are still looking for new suspects.

As for Dea, continued Zulpan, investigators will also examine him early next week. This inspection is accompanied by a mandatory reporting agenda.

"Dea herself will be called upon to report and also for a follow-up examination on Monday, April 4, 2022," said Zulpan.

Dea OnlyFans was arrested at her boarding house in the Malang area, East Java on Thursday, March 24, evening. The arrest was related to the alleged pornography case.

Shortly after being arrested, investigators named Dea a suspect. However, this woman was decided not to be arrested.

In this case, Dea was charged with Article 27 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph 1 of Law No. 19 of 2016 regarding amendments to Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning the ITE Law.

Then, Article 4 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 29 and or Article 4 paragraph 2 in conjunction with Article 30 and/or Article 8 in conjunction with Article 34 and/or Article 9 in conjunction with Article 35 and/or Article 10 in conjunction with Article 36 of Law number 44 of 2008 regarding pornography.
