Indra Kenz's Mentor, Fakarich Will Be Examined Tomorrow, If He Returns To Absenteeism, He Will Be Forcibly Picked Up

JAKARTA - The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police has scheduled an examination of Fakar Suhartami Pratama alias Fakarich as a witness in the alleged fraudulent investment case with the suspect Indra Kenz on Thursday, March 31. However, it is uncertain whether Fakar will attend or not.

"We have asked until now, investigators have not confirmed whether he is present or not," said Karo Penmas, Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan, to reporters, Wednesday, March 30.

If the man referred to as Indra Kenz's trading teacher is not present, the investigators will forcibly take him for questioning.

This is because the summons for this examination is the second time after Fakar was absent earlier on March 21, last year. Moreover, the forced pick-up was also in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP). The Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Public Relations Division, Kombes Gatot Repli Handoko, said that for that reason a forced pick-up would be carried out.

"Because they have been summoned twice to be absent, the next one is with an order to bring them to be presented by investigators," said Gatot.

Fakar Suhartami Pratama is reportedly Indra Kenz's mentor or teacher. He is said to have taught Crazy Rich Medan to become an affiliate.

"(Mentor Indra Kenz, ed) the information is Fakar," said the Director of Special Economic Crimes at the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency Brigadier General Whisnu Hermawan.

In fact, Fakar is also suspected of being the person who taught Indra Kenz to eliminate evidence, including cellphones and transfer balances to other accounts so that they cannot be traced. "Maybe yes, we can't conclude directly, yes," he said.
