Three People Become Suspects In The Action Of The Brawl That Killed One MTs Student In Tanjung Pasir

TANGERANG - The police have named three people as suspects in a brawl in Tanjung Pasir Village, Teluk Naga, Tangerang Regency that killed MR (16) a third grade student at MTs 6 Tangerang.

The Tangerang Metro Police Chief, Kombes Komarudin, explained that the three suspects were SG, S and MA. They are suspected of being the executioners of MR's murder.

"The 3 (suspects) are alumni with the initials SG, then S and MA are still active," Komarudin told reporters at the Tangerang Metro Police, Wednesday, March 30.

Komarudin explained that this incident began with students traveling in a convoy at Tanjung Pasir Pier, Tangerang Regency. However, while on the way, this group met another group, resulting in a brawl.

"Meeting with a group of one of the schools around the Tanjung Pasir area," he said. During the brawl, NR was chased by the perpetrators until finally the victim was hit by a samurai-type sharp weapon (sajam).

“NR (16) suffered stab wounds or injuries from sharp weapons and blunt objects. (After) the analysis, the person concerned (lost control) fell after being hit by a stab and hit a wall," he said.

"The victim died, after being rushed to the hospital," he added.

For their actions, the suspects were charged with Article 80 of Law No. 35 of 2014 and Article 351 paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code and Article 170 of the Criminal Code and JO Article 55 of the Criminal Code and the Indonesian Emergency Law No. 12 of 1951 with a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison.
