Akhyar's Companion Is Waiting For A Resignation Letter From The North Sumatra DPRD, Aulia, The Couple Bobby Lacks SK

MEDAN - The KPU Medan has appointed Akhyar Nasution-Salman Alfarisi and Bobby Nasution-Aulia Rachman as candidate pairs for the mayor-deputy mayor of Medan. But there are still files that Salman and Aulia have to fulfill.

Coordinator of the KPU Medan Technical Division, M Rinaldi Khair, said the requirements for a candidate who have not been completed are both related to resigning as a member of the DPRD.

Rinaldi explained that Aulia Rachman had submitted his resignation letter. However, the KPU is still waiting for the decree (SK) to dismiss from his post as a member of the Medan DPRD.

"The letter of dismissal can be waited for a maximum of 30 days before the voting," said Rinaldi to reporters in Medan, Wednesday, September 23.

Meanwhile, Salman Alfarisi, Akhyar's companion still has not submitted his resignation letter. However, the letter can still be waited for up to 5 days after stipulation.

"But it can still be waited for 5 days after today's determination," said Rinaldi.

Salman who is also the Acting Chairman of the Medan PKS DPD admits that he has not submitted a resignation letter to the Medan KPU.

"We haven't submitted it yet, as a rule, it is still allowed up to 5 days after today's schedule," he said.

Salman said he would immediately deliver his resignation letter to the KPU. He has up to 30 days related to his dismissal from the North Sumatra DPRD.

"It is planned that this afternoon the resignation letter will be delivered to the KPU. Maybe it has already arrived there. If the dismissal decree is from the Minister of Home Affairs, the process is not here, the DPRD process submits it to the Governor and is forwarded to the Minister of Home Affairs. It is no longer than 30 days before the vote," he said. .
