Police Admit To Confiscate Marijuana From Musician MF, But Cannot State The Amount Of Evidence

JAKARTA - Investigators from the Narcotics Unit of the West Jakarta Metro Police are still investigating the musician with the initials MF until Thursday, March 17, evening.

From the results of the examination, the police admitted that they were still developing the case of MF's arrest to trace where the narcotics came from.

The Head of Drugs at the West Jakarta Metro Police, AKBP Danang Setiyo, confirmed that from MF's hands, marijuana and other types of narcotics were found.

"(Evidence) It is suspected that it is marijuana, then there are several psychotropic drugs," said AKBP Danang when contacted by VOI, Thursday, March 17, evening.

Meanwhile, regarding the amount of drug evidence belonging to MF, the police have not been able to provide details. This is because the development process is still ongoing.

"If there are many, it is still under development. Later, the full details may be tomorrow (released)," he said.

AKBP Danang also ensured that MF was arrested not the result of previous developments.

"There were no previous arrests. This (MF) was arrested when there was an activity, it looks like that (after the concert)," he explained.

The investigation and development of MF perpetrators continues and is carried out at the West Jakarta Metro Police Narcotics Unit.

"It's still under development, it's not finished (the inspection). It will be completed tomorrow," he said

Previously, it was reported that the arrest of the musician with the initials MF in the Blok M area, South Jakarta, turned out to be the vocalist of the Sisitipsi band whose full name is Muhammad Fauzan Lubis.

This was confirmed by the Head of Public Relations of the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Pol. Endra Zulpan.

"That's true (Muhammad Fauzan)," said Kombes Endra Zulpan to reporters, Thursday, March 17, evening.
