Two Perpetrators Of Robbery Specialists In Cilincing Arrested, Police Say The Suspect Has Acted 8 Times Since February 2022

JAKARTA - Police arrested two perpetrators suspected of being specialists in motorcycle theft (Curanmor) in the Semper Barat area, Clincing, North Jakarta. The two people had the initials IA (25) and AR (24).

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Cilincing Police, AKP Alex Chandra, said that the arrest of the perpetrator began with the development of a suspect with the initials IA, who had been arrested earlier on Jl Lagoa, Koja, North Jakarta, Saturday, March 12, evening. Then after being developed, AR was obtained.

"Starting from the blonde-haired perpetrator, he was arrested at his home on Jalan Lagoa, Koja, North Jakarta. AR was developed," Alex said when contacted, Monday, March 14.

"Ilham and Riyan have the status of a wanted list (DPO)," he continued.

Alex said the gang had acted eight times since February 2022 to date. It began to unfold on Friday, March 11th.

"So this perpetrator has done his act eight times," he said.

Alex explained that the revelation of this case began when Juniardi's motorbike went missing while parking in front of his house.

"The victim checked the CCTV footage, it turned out that his motorbike was taken by 4 men at 02.27 WIB," he explained.

After the incident, the victim reported to the Cilincing Police. It didn't take long, armed with CCTV footage of the perpetrators to be arrested.
