Motorcycle Thief In Sragen Arrested By Police

SRAGEN - The Sragen Police Criminal Investigation Unit uncovered a motorcycle theft case by arresting the culprit in Purworejo Hamlet, Sambirejo Village/District, Sragen Regency, Central Java.

The witness said that the Honda Scoopy motorbike parked in the distribution yard was not in the parking lot. The motorbike was taken by someone with the characteristics of a moderately tall body, wearing a beige jamper, dark helmet, beige trousers and going to the north or Blimbing Sragen.

The victim's witness, who knew about the incident, had chased using a motorbike to the north to the intersection of three Blimbing Reservoirs, but the culprit was not found. The victim who did not find the perpetrator then reported the incident to the Sambirejo Police.

The police then carried out an investigation that led to the perpetrator and then made an arrest at his home, Thursday (10/3) night. A number of pieces of evidence have been collected for legal proceedings.

In addition to securing the suspect, they have also confiscated evidence including a Honda Scoopy motorcycle No. Pol AD 6929 BEE, one duplicate key, one BPKB, one original key P077, one jumper, one pair of trousers, two pieces helmet and cash IDR 2,160,000.
