7 Junior High School Students In Purbalingga Become Victims Of Unscrupulous Acts Of Unscrupulous Teachers, Suspects Of Cartoon Porn Video Collection

PURBALINGGA – One of the junior high school (SMP) teachers in Purbalingga district was arrested by the authorities on suspicion of immorality against 7 students.

Purbalingga Police Chief AKBP Era Johny Kurniawan when giving a statement, Wednesday, March 9, said that the disclosure of this case began with public information.

"After investigating and investigating, we have arrested a suspect with the initials AS (32). Meanwhile, the number of victims is known to have reached seven," said AKBP Era Johny accompanied by Head of Criminal Investigation Unit AKP Gurbacov via text message, Wednesday, March 9.

After an investigation, it was discovered that the US had committed this act from 2013 to 2021. Johy said, of the seven victims, five students had sexual intercourse, one student committed immoral acts and another student was forced to watch pornographic videos.

"The suspect's method is threatening the victim if he doesn't want to fulfill his wish. The victim is threatened with a bad grade or is threatened with distributing immoral videos for victims who have had sexual intercourse," explained the Police Chief.

The evidence that was secured included a mobile phone, a black V-Gen flash drive, a white Lexar flash drive, a black Dell laptop and a floral mattress.

The suspect is subject to Article 81 paragraphs (1) (2) and (3) of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 17 of 2016 concerning the stipulation of Perpu Number 1 of 2016 concerning the second amendment to the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection and Article 32 of the Republic of Indonesia Law. Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography.

"The threat of a minimum sentence of five years in prison, a maximum of 15 years in prison. Plus a third of the criminal threat because it was carried out by education personnel and a fine of Rp. 5 billion," he concluded.

Meanwhile, Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Purbalingga Police, AKP Gurbacov, alleged that the suspect threatened the victim to spread an immoral video if he refused the suspect's invitation.

"From the results of the examination, the suspect has a large collection of pornographic cartoon videos. The suspect admitted that the video was obtained from downloading on the internet," he said.
