JAKARTA - This is the robbery that was caught on CCTV cameras. The incident occurred on Jalan Prumpung Tengah, Jatinegara, East Jakarta. It can be seen from the CCTV camera footage that the victim was standing waiting for an online motorcycle taxi in front of his house. While playing with his cell phone, he almost became a victim of a robbery. The perpetrators carried out their actions by riding a motorbike that had time to pass the victim to monitor the situation before turning back. After turning around, the perpetrator immediately took the victim's cellphone. Luckily, the victim was holding the phone tight enough that the perpetrator couldn't take it. The suspect then fled by speeding his vehicle. As a result, the victim was traumatized after being the victim of an attempted mugging. Watch the full video below.
