Suspension Granted, Vicky Prasetyo Is Free From Detention

JAKARTA - Presenter Vicky Prasetyo can breathe a sigh of relief because he is free from prison. Vicky was released from detention after the Panel of Judges at the South Jakarta District Court granted his request for a suspension of detention.

"We have submitted a postponement of detention since last Monday, thank God that the decision has been issued on Wednesday," said Vicky Prasetyo's attorney, Ramdan Alamsyah when confirmed by VOI, Jakarta, Thursday, September 17.

However, because of the administrative process, he said, a copy of the decision only came out today. After obtaining a copy of the verdict, his party immediately made efforts to release it.

"Due to the new administrative system this morning at 9.00 WIB a copy was issued. We immediately coordinated with the prosecutor to issue it," said Ramdan.

According to Ramdan, Vicky Prasetyo this afternoon immediately came out of detention in Salemba, Central Jakarta. "This afternoon, at 17.30 WIB free. Alhamdulillah," he said.

Vicky Prasetyo filed a request for a suspension of detention on the guarantee of his mother and his attorney. The main reason for this request is because Vicky Prasetyo is the backbone of the family.

Meanwhile, Vicky Prasetyo has been detained at the Salemba Detention Center, Central Jakarta, since July 7. This case began when Vicky Prasetyo raided Angel Lelga's house in South Jakarta when a man named Fiki Alman was caught.
