JAKARTA - TNI Commander General Andika Perkasa commended the performance of the Commander of the TNI Staff and Command School (Dansesko) Marshal TNI Madya Yudanardi who has made changes to the officer's regular education curriculum (dikreg) in 2022.

According to General Andika, the new curriculum created by Sesko TNI is more effective and efficient in providing supplies to student officers.

"It's good, Mas Yuda, so this gives life and passion for the officers. Already, I agree, now the formalities are made," Andika Peerkasa said to Dansesko TNI during a meeting in Jakarta as broadcast on General TNI Andika Perkasa's Youtube channel as reported by Antara, Thursday, March 3.

The TNI Commander conveyed that an efficient curriculum made education run more effectively so that many officers could participate in these activities.

"In my opinion, it is more efficient (curriculum) now, more people enjoy it," said Andika Perkasa.

In a meeting between the TNI Commander, top TNI Headquarters officials, and senior Sesko TNI officials, Marsdya Diyah Yudanardi explained the 49th Regular Education (Dikreg) plan for the 2022 Fiscal Year.

"Dikreg 2022 is planned to be held in two waves, then the allocation of 150 pasis (student officers) per wave so that there are a total of 300 (students). The length of education is 5 months, (consisting of) 1 month out (outside) campus (classroom), and 4 months in (inside) campus, "explained Dansesko TNI.

Regular officer education is a routine activity aimed at middle-level officers at the level of Lieutenant Colonel (Letkol) and Colonel.

Not all officers with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and Colonel can participate in Dikreg, because there are several requirements that must be met, including a minimum service period (MDP) of 20 years, a maximum age of 44 years for a lieutenant colonel and 49 years for a colonel, and having passed the Sesko Force for a minimum of 3 years. .

Another stipulation is that Dikreg participants are those who have passed the batch level selection, and those who have attended the Joint Operations Course (Susopsgab) of the TNI or the Joint Operations Upgrading (Taropsgab) of the TNI are preferred.

Not only that, prospective Dikreg students must also pass a series of tests at TNI Headquarters, namely academic tests, ALCPT English, psychological tests, health, physical fitness, and computer information technology skills.
