Depok Police To Check Head Of Village, Head Of Sub-district And National Land Agency For Alleged Fraud Of Reported House Certificate Jamal Mirdad

DEPOK - Polda Metro Jaya submitted a police report (LP) on suspicion of fraud and embezzlement of house land certificates involving artist Jamal Mirdad to the Depok Metro Police. This was revealed by the Head of Public Relations of the Depok Metro Police, Kompol Supriyadi.

"Just the LP (submitted) to the Depok Metro Police. His name was delegated, which means that the LP handler is just the initial report, from the regional police, it is delegated to Depok. This is still under investigation by the Depok Metro Police," said Supriyadi when contacted by VOI, Wednesday, March 2.

Supriyadi said that his party would examine the Lurah, Camat and BPN of Depok City. To find out the truth of the case.

“This case is a matter of fraud and embezzlement of land, it is a long process. It will be checked first by the head of the sub-district. Later, we will check with the National Land Agency (BPN) to see if the land is correct, if later all one is enough, then it will be directed to Jamal Mirdad," he said.

Previously, it was reported that a senior actor, Jamal Mirdad, was policed in connection with the alleged fraud case to the Polda Metro Jaya. He is suspected of being involved in fraud and embezzlement of buying a house in the Sawangan area, Depok.

In this case, the reporter is named Firdaus Nuzula. This problem began when the complainant was involved in buying and selling a house owned by Jamal Mirdad for Rp490 million.

However, after the payment was paid off, Jamal Mirdad never gave a certificate of ownership (SHM) for the house. In fact, the reporter has tried to establish communication to send a summons.

Meanwhile, the report was registered with the number LP/B/629/II/2022/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA. In that report, Jamal Mirdad was suspected of violating Article 378 of the Criminal Code and or Article 372 of the Criminal Code related to criminal acts of fraud and or embezzlement.
