Attorney General's Office Returns Case Files For Jalan Brig. Gen. Prasetyo, Djoko Tjandra And Anita

JAKARTA - The Attorney General's Office returned the case files of the three suspects with fake passages to the Police Criminal Investigation Unit. The file is declared incomplete.

The Director of the Directorate of General Crimes (Dittipidum) of the National Police, Brigadier General Ferdy Sambo, said that there were several things that were declared incomplete in the case file. The investigating prosecutor returned the file for the investigator to complete.

"Yes, there are (shortcomings) of some formal and material completeness," Brigadier General Ferdy told VOI, Thursday, September 10.

However, Ferdy did not explain in detail about the deficiencies in the case file in question. However, the investigating team has begun to complete it based on the results of the case title with the prosecutor.

"(Based on) the results of joint title cases we will complete," he said.

Previously, Bareskrim investigators coordinated with prosecutors on cases of fake travel documents. Coordination through this exposure was held at the AGO building.

In the case of a fake pass, Brig. Gen. Prasetyo was named the suspect who issued the letter. Brigen Prasetyo is subject to Article 263 paragraph 1 and 2 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code and Article 426 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code and or Article 221 paragraph 1-2 of the Criminal Code. Article 263 of the Criminal Code regulates the making of fake letters.

Anita Kolopaking, who is Djoko Tjandra's right hand man, is suspected of committing crimes under Article 263 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code and 223 of the Criminal Code. Meanwhile, Djoko Tjandra was charged with Article 263 paragraph 1 and 2 regarding the Use of Fake Letters, Article 426, Article 221 of the Criminal Code.
