Not Twice Vaccines Yet, Two People In Rajeg Tangerang Died

TANGERANG - Two residents of Rajeg, Tangerang Regency have died due to COVID-19. It is known, the two residents have just received the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine, have not yet received the second or third vaccine, booster.

The Tangerang Regency COVID-19 Spokesperson, Dr Hendra Tarmizi confirmed that two of his residents had died due to exposure to COVID-19. The two residents had the initials M (46) and MR (48).

Hendra added that he only received the data on the deaths of the two people on Tuesday, February 14.

"For the patient who died, he had not been vaccinated twice," said Hendra when contacted, Tuesday, February 15.

On that occasion, Hendra explained that from January to February 2022 as many as 6 residents died due to COVID-19.

"Starting from January to February, there were 6 patients (COVID-19).

He could not explain that this patient died because of the Delta variant or Omicron. However, he confirmed that these 2 patients died from COVID-19.

"For this patient, it is not known whether he has Omicron or Delta because the results of the examination are still in the Research and Development Agency of the Health Research and Development Agency," he said.
