Police Seize Six Students Bringing Sickles For Brawl

TANGERANG - Police have arrested six students when they were about to do a brawl in Tangerang City. The students had the initials MD (17), MHR (15), LFR (20), WWR (21), AD (18) and AN (17).

"That's right, securing a group of students (who) will be in a brawl at the Purati House, Periuk, Tangerang City," said Head of Public Relations of the Tangerang Metro Police, AKBP Abdul Rachim.

Abdul Rachim explained that the incident began when a resident reported that a group of students gathered at the Purati Housing, Periuk, Tangerang City, Sunday, February 13, at 04.30 WIB.

The Jatiuwung Police Reskim Unit team also made observations to the location of the incident. As a result, six students were found with evidence of one sharp weapon (sajam) of the type of sickle.

Now the 6 students were taken to the Jatiuwung Police. For further data collection by the police.

"The 6 students, along with evidence in the form of 1 knife, were brought to the Jatiuwung Police," he said.
