JAKARTA - The police will conduct a case title on the rehabilitation request submitted by Reza Artamevia. The case title will determine whether a request for rehabilitation is accepted.

"The plan this afternoon we will conduct a case title because the mechanism is like that. Rehabilitation letters submitted to investigators, then a case will be held first whether this is deserving of going up or not," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Yusri Yunus to reporters. , Wednesday, September 9.

If the title of the case decides that the request for rehabilitation is accepted, the investigation team will write to the Provincial Narcotics Agency (BNP) asking for recommendations. Furthermore, Reza will undergo an assessment.

"From the provisional results, if it has to be rehabilitated then it will be rehabilitated and if it is not yes no," said Yusri.

Reza Artamevia's attorney requested for rehabilitation. However, this submission is said to be still limited to an oral request.

"Until now, attorneys for RA and RA have submitted their own proposals for rehabilitation," said Yusri.

Reza Artamevia was arrested at a restaurant on Jalan Raya Jatinegara, East Jakarta, on Friday, September 5. When arrested, Reza had just bought methamphetamine.

From this arrest, the police found evidence in the form of a crystal methamphetamine clip weighing 0.78 grams. When arrested Reza was with two of his colleagues.

However, the two people were not further processed because no evidence was found and the urine test results were negative. Meanwhile, for Reza, the results were proven to have consumed amphetamines.
