JAKARTA - Increased PPKM status in Jakarta from level two to level three. Making the East Jakarta Satpol PP officers hold an orderly operation of masks to residential areas. The mask raid was held in the Jatinegara Kaum area, Pulogadung, East Jakarta, Tuesday (8/2). One by one, residents who were found not wearing masks while doing activities in densely populated settlements were confronted by the Satpol PP officers. In the health protocol disciplinary operation this time, the officers did not provide social sanctions or fines. Residents who violate it are given masks to use immediately. Although the number of COVID-19 has increased sharply, there are still many residents who are desperate to ignore health protocols by not wearing masks when leaving the house. The head of the Pulogadung Sub-district Satpol PP, Andik Sukaryanto, said that the orderly operation of masks was deliberately carried out considering the increasing number of residents in the Pulogadung sub-district who were exposed to COVID-19.
