JAKARTA - As many as 23 domestic flight passengers who arrived at Sam Ratulangi Airport in Manado, North Sulawesi, tested positive for COVID-19 after the Antigen Rapid Diagnostic Test (RDT-Ag) was carried out, Tuesday, February 1.

The North Sulawesi Regional Health Office carried out RDT-Ag inspections at Sam Ratulangi Airport, Manado Harbor, 'Mobile Spot' as well as districts and cities.

At Sam Ratulangi Airport RDT-Ag was carried out to 1,231 people, 23 people tested positive, Manado Port was carried out to 150 people (no positive), 'Mobile Spot' to 40 people (no positive), while in districts and cities it was carried out to 889 people, three of whom were positive.

A total of RDT-Ag was carried out on 2,310 people, as many as 26 people were positive for COVID-19.

"A total of 23 passengers who tested positive were isolated in Bapelkes and the Maumbi Isolation House," he said.

He invited the public not to be careless in implementing health protocols when carrying out activities and visiting places that provide vaccination services.
