TMII will be revitalized by Presidential Decree number 116 of 2021, as much as 70 percent of the TMII area will be used as a park. Then, 30 percent of the TMII area will be in the form of buildings that carry the concept of Indonesia opera and change its name to Ultimate Showcase Of Indonesia. Later, the 105 hectares of land in the TMII area will become a green area that can only be walked on and 45 hectares will be used as buildings.
