He Said There Are Seven Regions In Jambi That Have Zero Cases Of COVID-19, What Are They?

JAKARTA - Seven of the 11 regencies and cities in Jambi so far have zero cases of COVID-19, so the area is included in the green zone.

Head of the Jambi COVID-19 Task Force's Public Information Division, Johansyah in Jambi, Tuesday stated that the seven areas are Sungai Penuh City, East Tanjab Regency, West Tanjab, Sarolangun, Merangin, Tebo and Bungo Regency.

And until now there are seven Jambi residents who are still undergoing the healing process because they are positive for COVID-19. The seven residents are spread over three people in Jambi City, two people in Batanghari Regency and one person each in Kerinci and Muaro Jambi districts.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, there were 29,798 Jambi residents who were confirmed positive for COVID-19. With details 29,008 people have been declared cured, 783 people have died and seven people are still undergoing the healing process, as reported by Antara, Tuesday, January 25.

Of the eleven regencies and cities in Jambi Province, the area with the most residents confirmed positive for COVID-19 is Jambi City as many as 9,743 people. Then in Muaro Jambi Regency 4,135 people and 3,166 people in Batanghari Regency.

And the most COVID-19 patients who died were in Jambi City as many as 254 people, in Batanghari Regency 114 people and in Merangin Regency 94 people.

In addition, currently there are seven regions in Jambi Province that are in the COVID-19 green zone. Namely, Sungai Penuh City, Kerinci Regency, Merangin, Tebo, Sarolangun, Batanghari and East Tanjung Jabung Regency.

While the other four districts are in the yellow zone or low risk zone for COVID-19 transmission. Namely Jambi City, West Tanjung Jabung Regency, Bungo and Muaro Jambi Regency.
