JAKARTA - The National Police stated that they had indeed given a police number plate to Member of Commission III of the DPR RI, Arteria Dahlan. This number plate is in the public spotlight because it is used in five different cars.

"It was given earlier, unless he made it himself. It was given to the person concerned," said Karo Penamas of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan to reporters, Monday, January 24.

The reason for giving the number plates, said Ramadhan, was to help Arteria Dahlan. Where, the assistance is related to security. Moreover, the PDIP politician is a member of the DPR RI.

"Yes, to help. So this is how an official is, of course, the number is given, of course, for the security activities of the person concerned," said Ramadhan.

Previously, the National Police spoke about the member of the Indonesian House of Representatives, Arteria Dahlan, who used the special police number plate 4196-0 in five different cars.

Ramadhan said the license plate number 4196-0 was registered in the name of Arteria Dahlan. However, the number plate is intended for a Pajero car.

"Based on the results of data collection in the Inventory Bag of the Pal Slog Police Bureau, the police number 4196-07 is for the Mitsubishi Pajero Sport Dakar under the name of the owner H. Arterial Dahlan, ST, SH, MH," said Ramadhan.

For information, five Arteria Dahlan cars parked in the Nusantara 2 Building Basement use the number plate 4196-07. Namely, black Toyota Velfire, black Mitsubishi Grandis, White Toyota Fortuner, Nissan Grand Livina, Toyota Innova Silver.
