MEDAN - Viral health workers (nakes) injecting blank vaccine into elementary school students in Medan, North Sumatra, were immediately investigated by the police.

Belawan Harbor Police Chief, AKBP Faisal Rahmad Husein Simatupang said the incident occurred at Wahidin Elementary School, Medan Labuhan District.

"So after we investigated, it turned out that the video was at Wahidin Elementary School, when vaccinating children aged 6 to 11 years," said AKBP Faisal to reporters, Thursday, January 20.

AKBP Faisal said that his party had examined a number of people including the health workers who were the vaccinators in the activity. But Faisal did not mention when the vaccination activity would take place.

"We are currently conducting an examination, so in this case. It has already undergone an examination, we will inform you of the results later," he said.

According to him, the vaccinator came from a hospital in the city of Medan.
