Tracking Matters Held By Surabaya PN Judge Itong Isnaeni Hidayat A Few Days Before Being Arrested By The KPK

JAKARTA - The identity of the Surabaya, East Java District Court judge who was subjected to the KPK's Hand Arrest Operation (OTT) has been revealed. His name is Itong Isnaeni Hidayat. And this is a case that Itong Isnaeni Hidayat was holding a few days before being arrested by the KPK.

The party who first mentioned the name of the judge appointed by the KPK actually came from the Supreme Court (MA). This institution confirmed that one judge at the Surabaya District Court, East Java, was arrested by the KPK Task Force team regarding the alleged bribery in handling cases in court.

The spokesman for the Supreme Court, Andi Samsan Nganro, referred to information from the Surabaya District Court Chief, that the judge's name was Itong Isnaeni Hidayat.

"Information from the Head of the Surabaya District Court, that this morning at around 05.00 - 05.30 WIB. The KPK came to the Surabaya District Court office and saw Itong Isnaeni Hidayat, the Surabaya District Court Judge in his car," said Andi, Thursday, January 20.

January 17 or 2 days before being arrested by the KPK -- referring to an official statement from the Deputy Chairperson of the KPK, Nurul Ghufron -- Itong Isnaeni Hidayat has just sentenced Notary Musdalifah to 1 year in prison who is considered legally and convincingly guilty of counterfeiting an authentic deed.

Still on the same day and case, Lim Chandra Sugiarto was also sentenced to 3.5 years in prison by Chief Justice Itong Isnaeni Hidayat. at the Surabaya District Court, Monday (17/1).

Even on the same day as the arrest, judge Itong Isnaeni Hidayat also just granted the petition of the Petitioner named Ferry Bosekeh which was written on the National Identity Card [KTP] NIK 3578312701560002 dated February 9, 2018.
