Unable To Pay Debt Of IDR 350 Thousand, Fried Food Seller In Tangsel Slashes The Necks Of Moneylenders To Death

TANGSEL - A loan shark NS (22) died after being stabbed with a sharp weapon (Sajam) in the neck by his customer, CS (38). This happened after the two got into an argument, because of a debt of Rp. 350 thousand.

The Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the South Tangerang Police, AKP Aldo Primananda Putra confirmed the incident. He said the incident occurred in Gang Sahlan, Ciputat, South Tangerang, Monday, January 17, at around 08.20 WIB.

"(Because of) his credit debt is Rp. 350 thousand. There was a fight and a one-on-one duel. So in the house the two dueled. (The victim) was stabbed in the neck of the former weapon," said Aldo when confirmed, Monday, January 17.

Aldo told the beginning of the bloody incident. He said, starting with NS who came to CS's house to collect a debt of Rp. 350 thousand. However, because CS was unable to pay his debts, there was a dispute between the two.

"This perpetrator has not been able to pay the meaning, he wants to trade fried foods before he can't pay, maybe there is a dispute, there will be quarrels and one-on-one duels," he said.

Aldo said, the perpetrator and the victim continued to bicker fiercely. As a result, the two of them dueled with sharp weapons.

"(Actually) no weapons were prepared. However, both the machete and the knife, which were at home, happened to be there," he said.

In that duel, the victim lost and eventually died at the scene. Meanwhile, the perpetrator is in critical condition and is currently being treated at the IMC Ciputat Hospital, South Tangerang.

"The victim died on the spot. The perpetrator is being treated at the Ciputat IMC Hospital," he said.
