JAKARTA - The jacket worn by President Joko Widodo during a working visit in Central Lombok today attracted attention. This jacket was worn by Jokowi when he arrived at Zainuddin Abdul Madjid International Airport, rode a motorbike, to visit the MotoGP circuit in Mandalika.

The dominant black jacket with a few dark green accents on the sleeves and shoulders has the theme of G20 Indonesia.

The owner of Rabbit and Wheels as the jacket manufacturer, Irvan Octria, said that the design and the words attached to the jacket were a special order at Jokowi's request.

Irvan revealed that only one jacket was made, specifically for Jokowi. However, Irvan said that his party could prepare a similar jacket if there were people who wanted it. It's just that, it can't be made exactly with Jokowi's.

“We have prepared an edition that resembles your layout (jacket), but has a different design. It's like MotoGP, which is used by racers and fans, there is a difference," Irvan was quoted as saying on the Cabinet Secretariat website, Thursday, January 13.

On the front of Jokowi's jacket, there is the words G20 Indonesia 2022 with the slogan "Recover Together, Recover Stronger" pinned to the left chest. While on the right chest there is a jacket manufacturer's logo.

The G20 Indonesia logo, a gunungan with a kawung motif, which is very large on the back adds a dashing impression when worn by President Jokowi. Above it is an inscription with a firm and optimistic slogan: Indonesia Leads.

Irvan said Jokowi also asked for other details in the form of the number 76 as a sign of Indonesia's independence age to be pinned on his jacket.

"You asked for the number 76 under the jacket section as a sign of 76 years of Indonesia's independence. Embroidered on a double mesh material with green and black colors and a Rabbit and Wheels jacket pattern that will be suitable for use when riding a custom motorbike, Mr. President, "said Irvan.

Apart from jackets, all the clothes and accessories worn by President Jokowi are also products made by the nation's children. The helmet is made by RSV Helmet, a manufacturer from Bandung. The gloves are made by Bellissimo from Tangerang.

Meanwhile, the pants are special motorcycle riding pants produced by Continmoto from Cimahi, West Java. The shoes are a product of Nah Project from Bandung.
