When Ganjar Buys T-shirts And Paintings For SMEs With Disabilities

JAKARTA - Awaludin's smile grew and his eyes sparkled after meeting the Governor of Central Java Ganjar Pranowo, Wednesday, January 12. His intention was to give a memento, instead the product was bought by the former member of the Indonesian House of Representatives.

The second meeting occurred when Ganjar was reviewing child vaccinations and face-to-face learning simulations (PTM) at SLBN Tamanwinangun, Kebumen. Ganjar, who was looking into the classrooms, was intercepted by Awal who was waiting for him in the classroom hall.

"Mr. Governor, here are MSME products from friends with disabilities," he explained.

"Wow cool. Is this self-made? It's great," said Ganjar.

To Ganjar, Awal explained that the products he brought were the creations of people with disabilities in Kebumen. The results of SMEs are shared.

"This has a tagline, sir, markisut, aka let's speed it up," said Awal.

Awal then gave the product a T-shirt, a painted pen holder, and a framed cloth, all of which depicted Ganjar and the words Markisut. Ganjar refuses Awal's gift and chooses to buy it.

"Because this is an MSME, so you have to buy it. Pay it, yes, "said Ganjar as he called his aide.

Awal also never stopped thanking Ganjar, and had asked Ganjar to put a signature and motivation for other people with disabilities.

"Essentially, MSMEs are for people with disabilities, not individuals, so we work with a team that is also children with disabilities," said Awal after meeting Ganjar.

The physically disabled person admitted that he was happy to meet the Governor of Central Java, Ganjar Pranowo. Awal was happy because Ganjar supported him to continue producing and never give up.

"Given the spirit, keep on producing. The point is not to give up. Keep the spirit, keep fighting, work, and be independent for children with disabilities," said Awal imitating Ganjar's message to him.

Ganjar, who also reviewed the vaccination at SDN 2 Pakuran, hoped that the acceleration of vaccination for children would be carried out safely and comfortably.

"So when these children have been vaccinated, we hope that we will carry out the face-to-face learning calmly. And now we ask his parents to help. If necessary, wait," said the governor.

Ganjar is also happy with the model implemented at SDN 2 Pakuran because it involves a midwife. The midwives were involved in socializing and giving suggestions so they wouldn't be afraid of vaccines.

“The preconditions are what I like. So there was a midwife who gave an explanation 'we are ready! we are not afraid!' So the suggestion can be given to children, so that the children will be brave to face this situation," said Ganjar.
