JAKARTA - Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs (Menkopolhukam) Mahfud MD shared the moment when he arrived at Yogyakarta International Airport or Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA).

There, the song Indonesia Raya was played. Mahfud and his entourage stopped their activities for a moment and immediately took the perfect attitude.

Mahfud said the Indonesian National Anthem was played every 10 a.m. Western Indonesia Time by the DIY Provincial Government.

"In Yogyakarta, Governor Sultan HB X has enforced this for all government institutions and public service places. Love for the homeland," he tweeted.

It is known, the airport, which is located in Kulon Progo Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region, was inaugurated by President Joko Widodo on August 28, 2020.

The airport, which stands on a 600-hectare land, cost Rp 9 trillion for its construction. The airport with a futuristic design is equipped with a train line as a means of transporting passengers to and from the city of Yogyakarta.
